( We shouldn't punish student unless they're harmful )

      Approximately a thousand of student in public high school were combining Asian, India, Africa and many other foreign young people had to have being relatianship each other. Some of them follow their traditional culture nature but some are differently with many of them, Asian young man doesn't know about India offertory between friendship. Those young people deciding to create strong  relationship to working together and to learn something new about different cultural . Good communication only not enough to friendship, sharing our properties was the best way to make friend also.Plenty of student still getting trouble in public high school on socially connecting according to school policy.

In the artical "A 13-year-old California boy was reportedly placed in detention for sharing a school-prepared lunch with another student". The boy generosity was being penalty ,if to be honest that thirteen year old boy would never be intend to risk other student by giving his lunch, rather he sacrifice for hunger. " my sophomore  from last year (Chin) student chan was sent to pass because he play during class period with black boy " ,those kind of thing is fair enough to punish but how could we blame NGO, UN or many organization volunteers for helping African refugee? they provide them food and cloth to rescue their life doesn't mean they wanted to harm them, in some of school, innocent student had trouble over on their kindness.

According to school policy,13 age Bradford must to go detention or either suspend school for punishment, because they concern about safety student in school"We have a policy that prohibits students from exchanging meals. Of course if students are concerned about other students not having enough to eat we would definitely want to consider that, but because of safety and liability we cannot allow students to actually exchange meals," said "Tom Barnett. The way their policies set for safety and concerning over student is excellently but their penalty to Bradford was not absolutely true unless the student complaint on his lunch,even he seem appreciate to Bradford for sharing him food.

In especially,no one couldn't  see deeply inside someone problem although they really need helping hand.If a student had a best friend in his/her classmate to provider and helper on needy ,they must appreciate it, because a poverty student doesn't have completely materiel to learning successful nor not enough to eat everyday. However  young man sharing his food with student who couldn't get normal lunch wouldn't punishable unless he purpose to harm over another student.So their penalties was  absolutely not necessary, they better to notice every student for not doing that kind of thing, before this thing happen.

     People doesn't use to read news on Facebook at all, using Facebook just conduct many people to risk their life. Young people spend their time on texting,movie,snapchat, viber, specially on Facebook ,do they read news? Or either they earn any beneficial,probably not , they could read news on google or any other website it's still available to read .

BBC news, CNN or many channel are available to reads without using Facebook , people said, they use to read some news on Facebook, it's  not the right way to choose. In article "The app for the iPhone is part of what Facebook says is its big push to deliver "the best personalized newspaper in the world."(By Jessica Guynn), if person use wisely on Facebook, it could be the best way gain knowledge .but for generalize it's more risky.

      Recent people design using Facebook paper to find easier the news they interest "Many people use Facebook for consuming news they find interesting," Blau said. Living in small town had a lots more beneficial for health and opportunity to learn something new, small town also provide perfect connection each other , stronger relationship neithboor  ,relative and friend among us. Living in small town was cleaner, safer, fresh air and easier to joining to community.

Small town people were generous and had had good mentally, they share everything they have use, eat or needle for daily life. "I realized that there were three advantages of living in a big city: strong public transportation, nice food, and convenience of shopping. The first advantage of living in a big city is strong public transportation" said (zbripunk's). But also small town can product many kind of food and available transportation too, city people can eat delicious food better than small town people though  people small town were safer than living in cities, like New York , Los Angeles are near to dangerous , crime are among people on the street, almost a thousand people walking without knowing each other, a lot of happening in a day, bombing , gun shoot or kidnap especially for woman, small town people live like brother and sister, helping each other and there is no discrimination between poor and rich.

Lots of people think living in cities had more easier to live, there is potential to make new friend, more job, high wage, education and also shopping were locate in everywhere. That true, actually the people who live in cities might have greater experience than small town too however differently especially for children small town were have good behavior and mannerly, they communicate with parent, they are not learning bully, obey to parent even also education system is good, the teacher and student were recognize and working together to success their lesson.But to be honest, as living in a city have many advantage , also implicate disadvantage, cities in like Washington D.C effect unhealthy by using machine and lots of technology surround additional pollution cause unclean air so small town also have beneficial to our life in different way.

Both, cities and small town have advantage and disadvantage , urbanity had high qualities standard of living , a lots of opportunity to learn new thing using technology seeing everything before the people who live in town. Anyway the town also product vegetable and many other resources before cities people seen, both have benefit in their own way but for me small town experience is more comfortable than cities.
